    Question of the Week

I am determined to grow my own tomatoes from seed this year, as I have been unable to get the heirlooms I am seeking in plant form at my local nursery. When should I start the seeds in order to plant them outside at the right time? Do I need a heating mat? Any other thoughts or advice? I’ve never done this before. Also, what is the name of your tomato book? Love your show. Thanks for the help! Get the answer »
