Guests: Brian Sims, John Culhane, Angela Giampolo

Same-sex marriage is now legal in Pennsylvania. Last week a federal judge overturned the state’s ban on gay marriage and Governor Corbett announced he would not appeal the ruling.  Pennsylvania is now the 19th state to legalize same-sex marriage.  Today, we’ll look at the ruling and how this landmark decision is playing out in Pennsylvania and the rest of the country.  Marty talks with JOHN CULHANE, Professor of Law at Widener University School of Law, ANGELA GIAMPOLO, Founder and Principal of Giampolo Law Group, and REPRESENTATIVE BRIAN SIMS, a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives who serves the 182nd District in Philadelphia.
