After hearing countless hours of sometimes conflicting witness testimony, the grand jury in the Michael Brown shooting case decided not to indict Ferguson, Missouri, police officer Darren Wilson. The decision has been met with much debate and outrage. In this hour of Radio Times, we’ll hear from journalist and attorney WILLIAM FREIVOGEL who has been following the case. Then, joining us to explain the legal process which guided the case are local attorneys JEFFREY LINDY and DAVID RUDOVSKY. Lindy is a criminal defense attorney and former prosecutor.
