Guests: Marc Levy, David Patti, Ed Rendell, Marc Stier

In a few days the Pennsylvania budget battle will break the state record for longest – six months long. Over the last weekend, it looked like Governor Wolf, a democrat, might strike a deal with the Republic majority legislature but it all fell apart over pension legislation. This hour, we get an update on the budget stalemate from Associated Press reporter MARC LEVY, and reaction from DAVID PATTI, President and CEO of the Pennsylvania Business Council, former Pennsylvania Governor ED RENDELL who faced a number of long budget fights, and MARC STIER, Director of the Pennsylvania Budget and Policy Center.
