As the Pennsylvania Senate moves to remove state Attorney General Kathleen Kane from office, we’re joined by Republican Pennsylvania State Representative Garth Everett, who is making a separate attempt to investigate Kane.  State Impact Pennsylvania’s Marie Cusick reports on the demise of the long-promised severance tax.  Bobby Allyn reports a new report shows a large number of homeless veterans in Chester County.  Aaron Moselle takes us to a community recording studio in Germantown.  And we talk to James McClelland and Lynn Miller, authors of the new book “City in a Park,” about the history and current state of Fairmount Park.
