Kate Colaneri set out to find if the sweetened drink tax in Philadelphia is changing shopping habits. Dave Davies sat down with Pew Research’s Josh Goodman to discuss a new study that explores states business tax breaks. Finally, Kevin McCorry went to Berlin, Germany to compare how they fund their schools with how schools are funded in Philadelphia.
