    Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney announces the city will start posting civilian complaints against police officers online. Delaware Governor John Carney signed legislation today that revamps Delaware’s Coastal Zone Act to allow abandoned industrial sites to find new uses.  The Pennsylvania Department of Education released a draft education agenda today, which indicates a change in attitude about school accountability. Members of our region’s Congressional delegation express doubts about the President’s voter fraud commission. A new Annenberg study looks at the public’s trust in science.  We visit a summer school that teaches academic classes outside.
