On Tuesday armed militias attacked the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya killing four Americans including Ambassador Chris Stevens. Anti-American protesters also tried to storm U.S. embassies in Sanaa, the Yemeni capital, and Cairo. This hour, we’ll look what’s behind the attacks and anger. We’ll also explore what this means for US foreign relations, particularly with Egypt and its new leader, President Mursi. Also, Mitt Romney has been criticized for criticizing President Obama’s initial reaction to the Libya news. We’ll get analysis of how this crisis in North Africa and the Middle East is shaping the foreign policy debate and the November election.
