Heroin’s hold

A common perception about heroin addiction is that it is a poor, inner-city problem. Recently, a nationwide study found that the majority of heroin users are now suburban white men and women, whose average age is 23. In this week¹s First Look we explore Delaware’s heroin epidemic and what needs to be done to combat it.

He plans to spend his final week on the job marking the passage of the Coastal Zone Act, which changed the way development is undertaken in Delaware.
