Recipe for success
In 2013, a study examined how many Delaware inmates return to prison after being released, the numbers weren’t surprising. In 2009, 76 percent of prisoners were re-arrested within three years. In this week’s First Look, we go inside a Sussex County progam designed to teach prisoners a marketable skill that will hopefully lead to employment.
