DeVotchKa

Integrating mariachi, rock, ballad, classical elements, and a theramin, the DeVotchKa set has evolved from its original days as a backing band for a burlesque show. This quartet’s multi-instrumentalists got their big break in 2006 film, “Little Miss Sunshine.” Since then, the band has been touring the world, most recently with their 2008 album, “A Mad and Faithful Telling.” DeVotchKa performs at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia.
