China, its economy and the world

Listen 00:48:43

Guests: Jacques DeLisle and Mauro Guillen

Since China’s stock market collapsed several weeks ago and the country allowed the value of its currency to fall, there’s been global concern about the stability of the Chinese economy, the second largest in the world. While this may be good news for American consumers who buy Chinese products, it’s bad news for those countries which export raw materials to China. So, this morning on Radio Times, we’re talking about China, its economy, the U.S. and the world. We’ve invited Penn law professor JACQUES DeLISLEand Wharton professor MAURO GUILLEN to the studio to explain it all.
