Can green jobs save the economy?

    President Obama’s $787 billion stimulus package contains substantial green funding, including $500 million for a green-job training program and $5 billion to help people weatherize their homes. He says such programs will lead to the creation of 5 million new green jobs. BusinessWeek writer JOHN CAREY explains how the stimulus package will create those jobs.
