Ballot Talks: The 2016 Democratic National Convention; Hillary Clinton’s inevitable candidacy

Listen

Guests: Bob Brady, Maggie Haberman

Here come the Dems! Philadelphia will host the 2016 Democratic National Convention in July. U.S. Congressman BOB BRADY was a key player in the effort to bring the convention to the city. He’s in the studio with Marty to talk about what it took and what’s left to do. Then, one person who is sure to show up at the convention is Hillary Clinton. Although she hasn’t announced her candidacy, few doubt her intentions to run. So far, polls against other possible contenders like Vice President Joe Biden or Senator Elizabeth Warren show Clinton handily winning the Democratic nomination. We’ll talk to New York Times presidential campaign correspondent MAGGIE HABERMAN about the inevitability of a Hillary Clinton presidential campaign, what it might look like and who she’ll be up against.
