    Is Chinese food in America, really Chinese food? We’ll talk with JENNIFER 8 LEE, who always wondered about this. An American-born daughter of Chinese immigrants she set out to find out the answer. She’s written about her culinary anthropological journey in the new book The Fortune Cookie Chronicles: Adventures in the World of Chinese Food. Lee is also a Metro reporter for The New York Times.
