Texas Governor Rick Perry had trouble remembering the federal agency that he wants to cut in last night’s GOP presidential debate.  Will this latest gaffe end his chances as a presidential contender?  GOP hopeful Herman Cain’s campaign has been dogged by a sexual harassment scandal in recent weeks. Four women have accused Cain of sexual harassment while he was president and CEO of the National Restaurant Association. Cain has repeatedly denied the allegations. Can Cain survive this scandal? And what does it mean for the rest of the GOP field? We’ll talk about Perry’s and Cain’s candidacies, and the GOP debate with STEVE KORNACKI, Salon’s news editor, LARA BROWN, political science professor at Villanova University, and PENNY NANCE, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America.
