Zoning Board approves Dilworth Plaza redesign

    The Zoning Board of Adjustment has unanimously approved redesign plans for Philadelphia’s Dilworth Plaza.

    At a hearing yesterday, the ZBA granted the variance needed for construction to start on what the Center City District envisions will be a Rittenhouse Square-like space when it’s completed.
