Zandi: Infrastructure projects should include affordable housing

    There’s a rare area of bipartisan accord across the country regarding President Trump’s call to invest in infrastructure.  The University of Pennsylvania’s Institute for Urban Research asked 16 of its fellows to weigh in on what the United States should do to improve infrastructure, including Mark Zandi, Chief Economist at Moody’s Analytics.  He spoke with NewsWorks Tonight Host Dave Heller.
