Every day, thousands of motorists along the New Jersey turnpike pass a huge skeleton of a building.
It looks a little like an over-sized shipping container.
It’s supposed to become the nation’s biggest shopping mall, known as “American Dream.” But that dream to date has been more akin to a nightmare due to years of delays and big questions about its business model.
