State Police wrap up a yearlong investigation, arresting two brothers for allegedly running a cocaine delivery organization in Bridgeville.
27-year-old Miguel Serpa and 32-year-old Antonio Serpa face a host of charges including delivery of cocaine, conspiracy, and maintaining a dwelling for keeping controlled substances. Police seized thousands of dollars in cash, weapons and other items from three homes in the area.
