Woodland Ferry out of service as officials search for source of oil leak

It’s another day off-line for the Woodland Ferry.

The state-run ferry in Sussex County, Del., was taken out of service yesterday so officials could search for the source of an oil leak. The Associated Press reports it’s not clear when ferry operations will resume.

Find the leak means using a crane to lift the vessel from the water. Just last month, the ferry spent two weeks out of service for a snapped cable.
