Woman faces Philadelphia Traffic Court over 10-year-old ticket

Donna Weiner was expected to have her day in court Wednesday.

She’s facing action by the Philadelphia Traffic Court for a ticket she received 10 years ago.

Weiner told CBS3 she paid for the ticket she recieved for a minor accident back in 2001. Traffic Court says otherwise, and has come a-calling.

Weiner received a notice in the mail earlier this month beckoning her to court before a bench warrant is issued. She says she wants back the $100 fine she paid a decade ago.
