Wilmington’s Downtown Visions Main Street Program supported the small businesses with a grant to improve the storefront, located in the 200 block of North Market Street.
Gov. Jack Markell, D-Del, is expected to attend the festivities joining Economic Development Deputy Director Bernice Whaley and Zaikki Indian Grill owner Sandeep Nagpal.
