Wilmington’s new police chief to be sworn in
Wilmington’s first female police chief will be publicly sworn in this afternoon.
The ceremony for Chief Christine Dunning will take place at the City Council Chambers at 1 p.m. She took the official oath of office at Mayor Dennis William’s office on Wednesday.
