Many of Saunders’ friends and family have taken to social media to express their sorrow and feelings toward the violence in the City. One person wrote, “R.I.P Otis! Wilmington has to do better! This is getting ridiculous!”

At present, police have released little information detailing a suspect or motive. Anyone with information is urged to call the Wilmington Police Confidential Tip Line at 302.576.3990.
