Will monthly bank withdrawal fees motivate customers to leave?

    If you’re not depositing frequently enough, making regular trips to the ATM and don’t have a substantial balance, big banks have a gift for you: a monthly fee.

    Bank of America, Citigroup, Wells Fargo and other major banks have plans to implement $3 to $20 monthly fees on customers who don’t make it worth their while. So will we see more customers fleeing to credit unions and small banks?
