WHYY Connections Festival Concert and Kids Club photo gallery at Penn’s Landing

WHYY Connections Festival returned for its second year this past weekend. There were live music performances, film screenings, art demonstrations and kid’s activities. The festival ran Sept. 6 – 9, and offered visitors a free celebration of art on the Delaware River.

The four-day event kicked off with performances inspired by the NewsWorks.org Creative Connectors series. First Friday was highlighted by outdoor film screenings.

Saturday’s Connections Festival Concert and Kid Club Coast Day were both successful, even with the rain that moved through the city in the evening.
