The Feed 101

Thanks for joining us! This is The Feed,  NewsWorks’ ever-changing roundup of the news happening right now in the region.

The Feed aims to be always fresh, updated many times an hour through much of the day. If you’re stopping by for a quick visit, The Feed banner at the top of every page is where you’ll want to look for a rundown of what’s new in the news and which stories we’re chasing.

There’s plenty to read, hear and watch on this site. We’ve got news from all over the region, from Princeton to Wilmington, from Center City to Doylestown. We’ll hunt for the latest in health, arts, politics and Philadelphia’s Northwest neighborhoods.

Most importantly, The Feed is looking for your thoughts, your perspective on it all.  We want to interact with you, answer your questions and get to know you. We want to hear what’s happening at ground level in your community. We hope you’ll share your ideas, tips, photos and videos.

We also invite you to play in Sixth Square, NewsWorks’ interactive dialogue space. There, you can create a MindMap to share your interests, vote in a poll, compile a top 10, or give Props to someone who did something good.
