Pay what you wish!
It’s the first Sunday of the month so you get to pick your admission for each child and parent. Be sure to check out the Family Studio in the Student Lunch Room on the ground floor. Silent Auction & Reception for J.S. Jenks School
A family-focused celebration to support the music, arts and enrichment programs at Jenks Elementary School in Chestnut Hill. Inspired by the creative optimism of Dr. Seuss, this silent auction and reception features live entertainment, kid-friendly food, appetizers, desserts and drinks.
Join Jenks parents and community members committed to support music, art and enrichment programs. This year marks the launch of a fundraising drive to renovate the Jenks auditorium.

“Around the World in an Afternoon” – The Garden Railway is open
The Garden Railway at Morris Arboretum can keep youngsters captivated as follow the electric trains along seven loops and tunes. With a quarter mile of track and 15 different rail lines, the tracks are built around tiny buildings all made using natural materials. This year’s theme is Around the World and children will find natural replicas of famous landmarks such as the Great Wall of China, The Leaning Tower of Pisa, Arch de Triomphe and Sphinx.
