Glen Urquhart (R) and John Carney (D) face off at the first candidates forum of the campaign for U.S. House.

John Carney (D) and Glen Urquhart may be running the “forgotten” campaign in Delaware.  While Delaware’s U.S. Senate race is attracting what might be unprecedented attention to a Delaware race, the Carney-Urquhart race for U.S. House is also an important contest.
