Vicious stabbing overnight on SEPTA bus

    Authorities are investigating a stabbing that happened overnight on a SEPTA bus in Southwest Philadelphia.

    Officials say that a man was stabbed in the face on the Route 52 bus near the intersection of 54th Street and Springfield Avenue. ABC6 reports that he was taken to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital.

    There’s been no word on his attacker but SEPTA surveillance video had been turned over to police.
