Verdict due Thursday in case against former Delaware pediatrician

Judge William Carpenter Jr. is expected to deliver a verdict Thursday in the sexual abuse case against former Delaware pediatrician Earl Bradley.

Bradley is charged with 24 counts of rape, assault and sexual exploitation of a child for acts against dozens of young patients at his Lewes practice. Bradley waived his right to a trial by jury, and his lawyers presented no evidence, witnesses or questions during the one-day trial.
