Unsueable

It looks like Toms River School District’s former superintendent Michael Ritacco won’t face a lawsuit from the Board of Education. Not for lack of trying on the Board’s part.

Because the FBI has seized the relevant files, the Board won’t be able to sue Ritacco, who’s accused of taking $2 million in bribes over a 10-year period from the district’s insurance broker, according to a report from the Asbury Park Press.

Ritacco retired and surrendered to the FBI Oct. 21.
