Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf Tuesday unveiled his proposed budget for the next fiscal year. He named increases in education and senior care funding as among his priorities, while proposing to pay for those increases by closing corporate tax loopholes and by streamlining state government.

The Democrat stressed that his budget includes no broad-based tax increases. He also acknowledged the challenges that lie ahead for the approval process with a majority Republican Legislature.

House Majority Leader Dave Reed reviewed the governor’s budget proposal with NewsWorks Tonight host Dave Heller.
