When former University of Pennsylvania professor Lawrence Scott Ward was convicted of manufacturing child pornography, he was sentenced to 25 years in prison. But the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals says the sentence may be inaccurate.
The 3rd Circuit today ordered District Judge Petrese Tucker to itemize Ward’s offenses and detail the time he’s expected to serve for each, the Associated Press reports.
