They’re not so useless afterall. A car alarm in Chester County triggered the arrest of a burglar over the weekend.
A 5 a.m. phone call to 911 about a blaring alarm in Glenmoore landed a 19-year-old in jail. Police found the suspect with the help of a description from the 911 caller, and found several stolen items from nearby homes and cars in the man’s possession, reports the Inquirer.
