The revolution in Egypt

    In a dramatic exchange of power on Friday, Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak stepped down from office, elated Egyptians celebrated in the streets of Tahrir Square in Cairo, and control of the country was turned over to the military.

    With the news from Egypt dominating headlines what do Americans think about the recent revolution and uprising by the Egyptian people? Do Americans think that changes in Egypt are good for Egypt, and good for the United States ? What is Egypt’s image among Americans, and how does this contrast with the image of other nations?
