Teen pleads guilty to helping ‘Jihad Jane’ with terror plot

A Maryland teenager has pleaded guilty to assisting a Philadelphia-area woman in a terror plot.

Mohammad Hassan Khalid was 15 when he helped raise money and recruits for Colleen LaRose. LaRose pleaded guilty last year to superseding indictment charging her with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, conspiracy to kill in a foreign country, making false statements and attempted identity theft.

Khalid, now 18, faces 15 years in prison, according to the Associated Press. LaRose could get life in prison for her plan to kill a Swedish cartoonist who had offended Muslims.
