Tacony Library becomes Winterfest for a day of holiday festivities [slideshow]

It might have been the first weekend of December, but Saturday’s Winterfest in Tacony was a full-fledged holiday celebration.

Families packed the Tacony Library Saturday afternoon for crafts, foods, caroling and visits from two very special guests: Santa and the Phillie Phanatic.
