Sustaining a greener city

From the story “Going green with the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability,” James asked: What does Sarah Wu mean by, “we have to shop in our own closets”?

Well James, NewsWorks Editor Megan Pinto answered that Wu was talking about collaborating with local organizations for the city’s greening mission, rather than looking for outside help.  That is why she is holding a series of workshops with local community organizations, residents and businesses for this initiative.
