Suspects plead not guilty in Rowan football player’s murder

Two suspects have pleaded not guilty to the murder of a former Rowan University football player.

Andre Gross and Boris Curwin of Millville, entered their pleas yesterday in Cape May County, the Vineland Daily Journal reports. The two men will be held on $1 million for murder and other charges in the death of 19-year-old Khalil Wallace.

Both suspects surrendered after Wallace’s body was found in a South Jersey lake Oct. 6. He went missing Sept. 20 and was last seen getting into a van that was later found torched in Southwest Philadelphia.
