Suspect arrested in shooting at moving car in Philly

Authorities say a man has been arrested in connection with shots fired into a car carrying two women and a 4-month-old girl over the weekend.

Investigators said a 28-year-old woman was driving in Center City shortly before 7:30 p.m. Saturday when another car tried to pass her on the one-lane road.

They said the driver followed the vehicle for 10 blocks, honking his horn, and then pulled out a gun and fired twice as she turned onto a main street.

Investigators said one bullet broke the rear window of the car. No injuries were reported.
