Streets Commissioner says snow removal going “very very well”

Philadelphia Department of Streets Commissioner Clarena Tolson says the snow removal is going “so very very well.”

    Um, really?

Tolson called into Fox29 this morning, where she said only 100 of the city’s 2,575 miles of road have not been plowed at least once. So if you live anywhere but on a major roadway, you probably haven’t seen the likes of city plow truck in the last 48 hours.
