Strangler attack?
NBC Philadelphia reports that a woman’s body was discovered Wednesday in a vacant lot in the 100-block of East Tusculum Street. She was partially clothed, police said. It’s unclear how she died.
Her body was found within blocks of the other strangler attacks.
Police are still unsure if this incident is connected to the others.
