Starr to open at least four restaurants in the city this year

We’re already salivating over the next restaurant weeks. Stephen Starr’s Starr Restaurant Organization has plans to open at least four restaurants in Philadelphia this year, and a few of them will be here by spring (though we’re certain spring isn’t actually coming).

Uwishunu reports Starr has spots opening on North Broad, in Fishtown, Washington Square and “Midtown Village.” We’ll address that name later.

At least two will be open by Spring, one’s due this summer and the North Broad venture with Marc Vetri is coming sometime this year.

Feed the Feed: What do you call “Midtown Village,” given it’s a recent name and has origins in New York?
