Squatters taking up valuable parking spaces in Chestnut Hill

    Not limited to abandoned homes and waterfront decks at the Shore, squatters are popping up in Chestnut Hill’s parking lots. The neighborhood’s eight free lots are meant for honest Germantown Avenue shoppers, but lately, many have been taking advantage.

    As Jenny Swigoda reports for NewsWorks, the Chestnut Hill Parking Foundation in taking steps to patrol the lots and make sure your car isn’t spending to much time in a spot.
