South Jersey law firm suing for Four Loko damage

An Egg Harbor Township law firm is the first in New Jersey to sue over Four Loko. The controversial alcoholic energy drink is off the market in many states after a warning from the Food and Drug Administration that resulted in an ingredient change in the product.
D’Arcy, Johnson Day PPC has filed a suit against Loko makers Phusion Project, LLC, saying the drink caused heart damage to a 22-year-old Warren County man, the Press of Atlantic City reports.
