Soldier Mail Call begins at tonight’s Eagles game

Starting tonight, Eagles fans can send postcards to soldiers through the team’s partnership with the National Constitution Center. Soldier Mail Call, announced Friday, officially begins tonight.

Visitors to Eagles home games can stop by the Soldier Mail Call tent on the HeadHouse Plaza inside the Linc’s Comcast Gate. There, you can fill out a postcard to be sent to the Liberty USO of Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.

Tonight’s 8:30 game against the Bears will be the first Mail Call event, and the option will be there during the team’s remaining home games. The ongoing project is tied to the NCC’s Veterans Day celebration this Friday, which will include a wreath -aying ceremony, patriotic crafts and the opportunity to hear directly from local veterans.
