Philly open for biz

    There will be no snow day for municipal workers in Philadelphia today.

    Flakes are beginning to taper off, and officials say municipal offices and courts will be open as usual.

    With 45 minute delays on regional rail trains, slippery roads, four bus routes cancellations and 44 others detoured, it may be a bit challenging to be on time. The latest from SEPTA here.

    Meanwhile, the National Weather Service has put a wind advisory in effect for much of eastern Pennsylvania through this evening.

    Meteorologists are forecasting sustained winds of 25 mph to 35 mph, with gusts up to 50 mph.
