Sister Mary Scullion ends short Ethics Board tenure

    Sister Mary Scullion has resigned from the Philadelphia Board of Ethics. As Shai Ben-Yaacov reports, Scullion has ended her 10-month tenure for personal and professional obligations. Scullion has been a champion in the fight to end homeless in Philadelphia.
